How to Manage and Control Anger – Effective Tips

As we all know anger is not good for our health. But due to heavy workload, people sometime show their anger. Showing anger is ok, but hitting is not good. To manage anger set following objectives. Make a list of at least five behaviors that they can do to relax themselves. Deep breathing techniques will help person to control anger. Rehearsal of the breathing exercises can control anger. Importance of this learning is depends on how person calm down prior to responding to a provoking situation.

If a person is not tranquil when confronting a person who has done something to distress him, the chances that he will be winning in using his coping skills are decreased. Discuss that one suitable answer to anger is for the person to relax. List examples of different ways people calm down. Each person should make a list of at least five behaviors that could be used to help him relax. For those persons who don’t read, have them make an image list using the supplies listed above. Instruct the people on deep breathing tips and techniques. Use the information sheet to provide the people with information and instructions. Inform them that they may have to do the deep breathing on the spot without the lavishness of a calm room.

Tell them to put into practice; it will be easier to do. Talk to the people about how to suitably excuse them when they want to do deep breathing techniques. They cannot just walk away from their superior or manager when he is yelling at them. Teach the people to use an expression such as “excuse me, I have to go to the lavatory.” At this point the people should practice leaving the place and going to do deep breathing in another place. Again, this will put into practice. Remind the people that when they get upset, so do their bodies.

In order to help them deal with their emotions and behaviors, they need to keep the feelings in their bodies calm. Think! Why people get angry sometimes without any solid reason. The answer is because of their bodies gat habituated to show the anger. So, controlling the anger is important for everyone. It should not be come into our habit. If it comes in our habit, it will be difficult to control anger. This will cause you failure in your career and life.

Anger Coping Skills and Tips – Self Talk

Trainers should use all the four common teaching methods – instruction, modeling, role play, and feedback. Trainers will need to educate about how our opinion can influence our approach and behavior. If an important person bumps into us and we tell ourselves that he did this on reason, we are more likely to get distress. However, if we tell ourselves that it was a misfortune, we are less likely to get distress. If we give ourselves good commands during the infuriating condition, we will be more likely to respond suitably.

In this article you will find effective anger coping skills and tips. To educate how to manage anger, discuss with students the underlying principle for the topic. Provide information about how our opinion can influence our emotions. Just as other people can make us feel annoyed by what they say, we can get ourselves distress by what we say to ourselves. Give the few examples – Our manager shouts at us. If we think that he is out to acquire us, we will get angry. If we think that he is just having an awful day, we may not get angry. Our colleagues spill something on some copies we just completed. If we think he is out to get us fired or into problem, we will be irritated. If we tell ourselves it was just an accident, we are less likely to irritate.

Our spouse comes home not on time. If we think he/she is cheating on us, we will get angry. Or, if we think he/she has been an accident, we may feel concerned. Our child is creating dramas in the store. If we think he is doing it on reason and all of the people in the store are irritated with us, we may get distress. If we think that there is something incorrect with the child and most people maybe don’t care, we are less likely to get distress.

A colleague brings us a card for our birthday or anniversary. If we think he actually likes us and wants to spend some time with us, we may have feelings of magnetism and a desire to spend some time with him/her. If we think that he is just being kind, we will have approach of friendship, but may not have loving feelings. Pick a role-play and have a student practice the coping abilities to control anger. The student should practice deep breathing while the instructor says the self-statements for the student. Using the same role-play, have the student do deep breathing while he/she makes the statements out loud.

My Coupon Card Blues

Well, I am looking for a reliable web host that fits my specifics. I have search far and wide on many occasions and to sum up everything has its own ups and downs. My whole 2 hours are suspended with ideas of web hosts names and as such that I have been feeling like a twister.  The mumbo jumbo of many companies that I have commonly seen has enticing headers, nice catchphrases, and splendid graphics.

After 2 hours of non-stop searching I’ve gotten myself a coffee for a while. I sipped ,then breath and sip and breath, thinking of the names for the most reliable web hosting company that I would like to housed my sites. I said to myself maybe I have to walk for a few blocks for a while it’s kind of I am stressed from what I had been doing for the last 2 hours. And oh! My eyes are fuzzy.

I took my house keys put on my nice clothes and invited my shepherd for a lazy afternoon walk but it never did stand up. Probably she is full, because I overfed her with lots of dog food. I just want her to be quiet and desire her to be always sleeping on the floor just to make my whole mind to be much more focused on my one primary goal to search for a good web hosting company.

“Dogs, are just dogs, it does not help you straightened your nerves to come up with a good web hosting company to avail with,” I said to myself. So I went out of my pad and lock all the doors. I walked towards our famous 24 hour grocer to treat myself for an ice cream. It seems I never had a taste of ice cream for ages. As I entered the entrance, a teen handed me a copy of a shopping discount card. It’s about a 50% discount on food purchases from this known brand, if you only present this card. There is also an expiration date on the slip telling me August 08, 2008. I smiled at the young lad and whispered thanks. I headed to the frozen section and feast my eyes on pictures of ice creams. I still am holding this ¼ size coupon card.

Eureka! I turned my head towards the door. This is it why on earth would I waste my whole dollars at this high inflation times? I can have a reliable web hosting company and at the same time I can have my rebate if I will just search on <a target=”_blank” href=”http://www.couponsaver.org/internet-services-coupons-codes.html”>Internet coupon codes.</a>

As I turned around to my 9 o’ clock, Tor my nosy neighbor is inside too and probably coming on my exact location. Good grief, he will again invite me on his dull fishing trip on Saturdays. He is so nice to me, yet I don’t want to get bored again. I don’t want to suffer boredom.

I suddenly grab a magazine which was displayed 1 meter away from me . I covered my handsome face to prevent Tor from recognizing me, thanks to his not so good vision.

I went pass two or three shelves off and alas I had escaped from his radar screen. But I blushed, when I found out that the magazine that I am holding is an Adult Magazine, which is not fit for me because my wife is an active Born Again Church leader in our community.

My goodness, I am about to squeal like a pig, because teens from our own church had seen me holding this naughty publication. Grin!
I smiled sheepishly, and laid down this cursed magazine on a vacant stroller.

I then ran through the door while holding my cell phone. I pretend that I have a conversation on the other line which is of emergency in nature. The young man who gave me a coupon card before, hurriedly open the door for me.

On the store grounds I still keep on running as if a real emergency is taking place while my left ear is on my mobile phone, acting out like Bruce Willis on his Die Hard Movies. I repeatedly say where, who, when, and how.

I went home sweating heavily from my misadventures. I forgot my ice cream treat for myself because of my own folly.

Finally, I still have this <a target=”_blank” href=”http://www.couponsaver.org/”>coupon card</a> that bear witness as to what a fool I am at our local shop.

Dave is computer programmer and loves saving money by using coupons and promotional codes. He offers many of these coupon codes on his web site http://www.couponsaver.org

In Bible versus Quran: Do not be like Cain

The Sons of the Lord God in Bible versus Quran (14)

This is the 14th article of the series:” The Sons of the Lord God in Bible versus Quran”.

The Bible says that the reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work. No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot keep on sinning, because he has been born of God.

The Quran says that Allah (the Almighty Creator) has no sons.  Also, the Quran says that Jesus was only a messenger sent to his people; and the Quran asks man: do you worship besides Allah god(s) who cannot hurt or profit you in this world and/or in the Hereafter?  In addition, the Quran says that it is an unforgivable sin when you say or believe that the Almighty Creator has a son or sons; this major sin will lead to the Eternal Fire in the Hereafter.

——————————————————————–

The Sons of the Lord God in the Bible (14)

The Bible says that the reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work. No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot keep on sinning, because he has been born of God.

The Bible (1 John 3:7-12) says that Do not let anyone lead you astray. He who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous.  He who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work. No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God.

This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not a child of God; nor is anyone who does not love his brother.

This is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another. Do not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own actions were evil and his brother’s were righteous.

Herein, there are some remarks:

1) The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work; has the devil’s work really destroyed since then for real??

2) No one who is born of God will sin; in this case there will be no confession.

3) the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another;

in Islam, the  message of all the Messengers from the beginning was: Worship Allah, the Almighty Creator, who has no partners and no son(s).

——————————————–

1 John 3:7-12 in five different versions of the Bible:

New International Version

7Dear children, do not let anyone lead you astray. He who does what is right is righteous, just as he is righteous.

8He who does what is sinful is of the devil, because the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the devil’s work. 9No one who is born of God will continue to sin, because God’s seed remains in him; he cannot go on sinning, because he has been born of God.

10This is how we know who the children of God are and who the children of the devil are: Anyone who does not do what is right is not a child of God; nor is anyone who does not love his brother.

11This is the message you heard from the beginning: We should love one another. 12Do not be like Cain, who belonged to the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own actions were evil and his brother’s were righteous.

American Standard Version (ASV)

7 My little children, let no man lead you astray: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous:

8 he that doeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. To this end was the Son of God manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

9 Whosoever is begotten of God doeth no sin, because his seed abideth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is begotten of God.

10 In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

11 For this is the message which ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another:

12 not as Cain was of the evil one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his works were evil, and his brother’s righteous.

English Standard Version

7Little children, let no one deceive you. Whoever practices righteousness is righteous, as he is righteous.

8 Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil.

9 No one born of God makes a practice of sinning, for God’s seed abides in him, and he cannot keep on sinning because he has been born of God.

10By this it is evident who are the children of God, and who are the children of the devil: whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is the one who does not love his brother.

11For this is the message that you have heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

12We should not be like Cain, who was of the evil one and murdered his brother. And why did he murder him? Because his own deeds were evil and his brother’s righteous.

King James Version

7Little children, let no man deceive you: he that doeth righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous.

8He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil.

9Whosoever is born of God doth not commit sin; for his seed remaineth in him: and he cannot sin, because he is born of God.

10In this the children of God are manifest, and the children of the devil: whosoever doeth not righteousness is not of God, neither he that loveth not his brother.

11For this is the message that ye heard from the beginning, that we should love one another.

12Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother’s righteous.

Young’s Literal Translation

7Little children, let no one lead you astray; he who is doing the righteousness is righteous, even as he is righteous,

8he who is doing the sin, of the devil he is, because from the beginning the devil doth sin; for this was the Son of God manifested, that he may break up the works of the devil;

9every one who hath been begotten of God, sin he doth not, because his seed in him doth remain, and he is not able to sin, because of God he hath been begotten.

10In this manifest are the children of God, and the children of the devil; every one who is not doing righteousness, is not of God, and he who is not loving his brother,

11because this is the message that ye did hear from the beginning, that we may love one another,

12not as Cain — of the evil one he was, and he did slay his brother, and wherefore did he slay him? because his works were evil, and those of his brother righteous.

The Sons of the Lord God in the Quran (14)

The Noble Quran makes the topic of the sons of God very clear and says that Allah, the Almighty Creator, has neither a son nor a partner.

In addition, The Quran makes the signs that Jesus was not god very understandable.

The Quran says that Jesus was only a messenger sent to his people; the Messengers before Jesus passed away, and so he passed away like them, for he is not a god as they claim, otherwise he would not have passed away.

The Quran says that Jesus and his mother, they both used to eat earthly food, like all other human beings; they were both servants who used to eat food (i.e. they used to defecate like any human being), and one who is such cannot be a god because of his compound being and fallible nature, and because of the [impurities such as] urine and excrement that he produces.

Hence, the Quran asks:

‘Do you worship besides Allah god(s) who cannot hurt or profit you in this world or in the Hereafter?  The Quran asks man and says that Allah is the Hearer of your claims about Jesus, the Knower of your punishment.

The Quran decisively forbids saying that Allah has a son.

It is not befitting for the Majesty of Allah to take to Himself a son.

Allah is exalted, magnified; He is above what they associate with Him of son or partners.  Allah is far transcendent above all that they ascribe unto Him!

In Islam, this point is very important faith wise.

  1. Again, it is unforgivable sin to say or to believe that the One Almighty Creator [who is Allah or God or the Lord or Jehovah or whatever name(s) you are giving Him] has a son or Sons.

From the Islamic point of view, the conclusion of this essential topic that may establish or destroy the faith is that:

Any one who believe that the Almighty Creator has a son or Sons; he messes up his faith and is considered as a disbeliever and in the afterlife he will end up as an eternal inhabitant of the Eternal Hell.

Any one who believes that the Almighty Creator has no son or partner, he has a good faith and is considered as a believer; and in the afterlife, he will end up as an eternal inhabitant of the Eternal Paradise.

Verses 5:75-77 make the topic of the son(s) of God plain, clear and understandable.

——————————————–

The meanings of verses 5:75-77:

The meanings of verse 5:75

The Messiah, Jesus Christ, the son of Mary, was only a messenger sent to his people, to the children of Israel.

The Messengers before Jesus passed away, and so he passed away like them, for he is not a god as they claim, otherwise he would not have passed away; his mother was an extremely truthful woman.

Jesus and his mother, they both used to eat earthly food, like all other human beings; they were both servants who used to eat food (i.e. they used to defecate like any human being), and one who is such cannot be a god because of his compound being and fallible nature, and because of the [impurities such as] urine and excrement that he produces.

Behold, in amazement, how Allah make the signs, of His Oneness, clear to them, then behold, how they are turned away!

How they are turned away from the truth despite the proof being established.

In other words, the verse says:

See O Muhammad how Allah makes the revelations and the signs that Jesus and his mother were not gods clear for them, and see O Muhammad how they are turned away through lies!

The meanings of verse 5:76

Hence, Say to them, O Muhammad:

‘Do you worship besides God, that is, other than Him, what cannot hurt or profit you? God is the Hearer, of your sayings, the Knower’, of your circumstances

In other words, the verse says:

Do you worship in place of Allah god(s) which possess for you neither hurt; gods which cannot drive away from you harm in this world or in the Hereafter nor bring benefit to you in this world or in the Hereafter?

Allah is the Hearer of your claims about Jesus, the Knower of your punishment.

The meanings of verse 5:77

Say to them, O Muhammad:

‘O People of the Scripture, Jews and Christians, do not go to extremes, do not overstep the bounds, in your religion, other than those, extremes, of truth, neither by lowering nor by elevating Jesus above his proper place, and do not follow the whims of a people who went astray formerly, on account of their extremism — these were their forefathers — and have led many, [other] people, astray, and strayed from the even way’, from the path of truth.

These are the leaders (and led many astray) from guidance, (and erred from a plain road) they missed the road of guidance.

——————————————-

Verses 5:75-77 of the Noble Quran in four different translations:

Verse 5:75

QARIB: the messiah, the son of Mary, was not except a messenger, other messengers had gone before him. his mother was in the state of sincerity, they both ate food. see how we make plain to them our signs. then, see how perverted they are.

SHAKIR: the messiah, son of marium is but a messenger; messengers before him have indeed passed away; and his mother was a truthful woman; they both used to eat food. see how we make the communications clear to them, then behold, how they are turned away

PICKTHAL: the messiah, son of Mary, was no other than a messenger, messengers (the like of whom) had passed away before him. and his mother was a saintly woman. and they both used to eat (earthly) food. see how we make the revelations clear for them, and see how they are turned away!

YUSUFALI: Christ the son of Mary was no more than a messenger; many were the messengers that passed away before him. his mother was a woman of truth. they had both to eat their (daily) food. see how Allah doth make his signs clear to them; yet see in what ways they are deluded away from the truth!

Verse 5:76

QARIB: say: ‘will you worship instead of Allah that which owns neither harm, nor benefit for you? Allah is the hearer, knower. ‘

SHAKIR: say: do you serve besides Allah that which does not control for you any harm, or any profit? and Allah– he is the hearing, the knowing

PICKTHAL: say: serve ye in place of Allah that which possesseth for you neither hurt nor use? Allah it is who is the hearer, the knower.

YUSUFALI: say: “will ye worship, besides Allah, something which hath no power either to harm or benefit you? but Allah,- he it is that heareth and knoweth all things.”

Verse 5:77

QARIB: say: ‘people of the book! do not exaggerate your religion, other than the truth, and do not follow the desires of a people who went astray before, and led many astray, and, (once again) have gone astray from the straight path. ‘

SHAKIR: say: o followers of the book! be not unduly immoderate in your religion, and do not follow the low desires of people who went astray before and led many astray and went astray from the right path

PICKTHAL: say: o people of the scripture! stress not in your religion other than the truth, and follow not the vain desires of folk who erred of old and led many astray, and erred from a plain road.

YUSUFALI: say: “o people of the book! exceed not in your religion the bounds (of what is proper), trespassing beyond the truth, nor follow the vain desires of people who went wrong in times gone by,- who misled many, and strayed (themselves) from the even way.

An Organized and Stress Free Christmas

Let me start by telling you that I am a wife, mom, full time business owner selling Christian products, a student with lots of homework and volunteer for many projects at church and in the community. If anyone is busy, I know that I am. I don’t claim to be an expert, but I do claim that over the years I have been able to enjoy each and every Christmas stress free. So, I am writing this article for everyone who finds that they are unorganized and feeling stressed at Christmas time. I want to help you get organized and stress free so that you can enjoy Christmas every year. So many of my friends and family have made me realize that the little things I do all year long have given me an advantage over the holiday rush and I am able to enjoy all that Christmas has to offer.

Let’s start with the basics.

1. Buy your Christmas cards and wrapping paper at the end of the Christmas season. That way you have these things on hand when you have the time to work on them. I send out over 150 cards a year (I use an address labeling program and update it each year, so I just have to hit the print button when I am ready to send out my cards), we give numerous gifts to family and friends and these things I have completed before Thanksgiving.

2. When you see a sale, buy your gifts and collectibles. This month alone I have bought sixteen gifts for next year. I have a year to wrap them and gift tag them. Focus on one or two families on your list each month, then check off their name when you have purchased their gift. Use lay away when you can and continue to add items as you take items off of lay away. As you take them home remember to wrap them and gift tag them, then store them. I have two shelves I dedicate to Christmas gifts for storage.

After Thanksgiving, I decorate the house with my Christmas decor. By December my tree is up, my presents are under the tree, my cards and gifts are mailed and I am relaxing. As a Christian I am now focusing on the true meaning of Christmas and busy directing our church Christmas programs, spending quality time with my family and loving each and every moment of giving, sharing and love of the season.

We received a great gift this year that anyone would love. Our Christmas dinner has been given to us and there is no cooking. Another day of relaxing, that’s what I’m talking about.

Starting this Monday, my family is off for two weeks and we will start visiting family and friends, taking day trips to the snow and to the beach and just plain relaxing before the new year begins.

If I can do this, I know that each and everyone that reads this can do it also.

Merry Christmas everyone and enjoy your stress free holidays.

If this has helped you in any way, please let me know by leaving your comments.
